Achievements

  • 86 percent of enrolled children retained in target schools.

  • A total of 123 schools provided with a new building.

  • A total of 226 schools provided with missing facilities (drinking water, toilets and boundary walls).

  • A total of 143 new schools set up with community support.

  • A total of 33,414 girls benefited from the new schools and constructed/improved facilities in selected schools.

  • A total of 5,606 boys benefited from the new schools and constructed/improved facilities in selected schools.

  • More than 260 teachers hired for the new schools and provided induction training.
